Shipping

We offer shipping PAN India.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
We use reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.
In-stock items are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.
We make sure to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Orders & Returns

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by visiting the courier company’s website and entering the tracking number provided.
Once you receive the package please ensure to check the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting it.
Once the package is accepted and signed for, it signifies that the order has been delivered in good condition, and we will not be liable for any subsequent claims regarding damages or missing items.
In case of a failed delivery attempt due to the unavailability of the recipient at the provided address, the courier company will make additional attempts as per their policy.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.

Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested or we do not deliver to your area or one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error.
If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
Orders are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped.
Orders cancelled before shipping shall be refunded as per customer choice or in the orginal payment mode.

Care Instructions

Please follow the care instructions provided with the product to ensure longevity.
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. We strive to accurately represent our products in photos, but variations may occur.

Defective Products Policy

Unboxing Video Requirement: To expedite the resolution process, we request that you submit an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt. The video should include:A clear view of the packaging before opening. The unboxing process, highlighting any visible damage or defects. A close-up examination of the alleged defect or damage.
Failure to Provide Unboxing Video: If a defect is reported and an unboxing video is not provided within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the defect claim.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Refund will be issued in 5 - 7 working days.

Reviews & Social Media

By submitting reviews or testimonials on our website or social media platforms, you grant us the right to use and publish the content.
We may share customer-submitted photos or videos on our social media channels. If you do not wish to have your content shared, please notify us in writing.
We welcome customer feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use and implement the suggestions without any obligation to compensate you.
